About the role
- Own the creative vision and execution quality across multiple projects
- Interpret client briefs and translate business and brand objectives into clear creative direction
- Develop and communicate concepts using pitch decks, style proposals, mood boards, etc.
- Direct CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, and overall look & feel
- Ensure visual consistency, realism, and brand alignment
- Perform ongoing creative QA, reviewing renders and animations, providing clear feedback
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers/Producers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior art direction or lead creative role
- Strong background in CGI art direction
- Proven ability to lead creative teams
- Excellent eye for detail, composition, and realism
- Experience working directly with brands and stakeholders
- Comfortable balancing creative ambition with production constraints
- Hands-on mindset: able to jump into production when needed
- Passion for product and product storytelling
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
