About the role

  • Plan & deliver IT projects from end to end
  • Define and critically assess project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Guard the successful delivery, from timelines to quality like a hawk.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion: Scoping, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and handover.
  • Actively get involved with client communications, ensuring all parties are aligned.
  • Coordinate across teams & stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
  • Manage risk, quality, timeline and budget

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects (software delivery, infrastructure, integrations, internal tooling, etc.)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT initiatives on time, on budget, and with high quality.
  • Experience coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating technical concepts into understandable plans.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid), tools (e.g. Jira, Airtable, Gitlab, DevOps, Clickup), and version control / deployment workflows.
  • A mindset of ownership, responsibility, and continuous reliability.
