Data Engineer

• Refactor and move existing ETL/ELT and analytics pipelines into a new environment
• Migrate underlying data and validate that migrated data lands correctly
• Work with a Staff Data Engineer to understand the migration plan, sequence work, and provide progress updates
• Refactor PySpark, DABs, and dbt ETL/ELT code to meet new-account patterns and standards
• Migrate data pipelines and datasets, including backfills, and validate source-target parity
• Build and run reconciliation checks for row counts, schema conformance, freshness, and completeness
• Migrate dashboards and downstream reporting assets, coordinating with analysts
• Update orchestration, scheduling, alerting, and runbooks for post-cutover supportability
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data discrepancies during and after cutover
• Document migrations, changes, and ownership information
• Handle adjacent migration and data engineering requests as the program evolves
