About the role
- About 75%-100% of the role: Schedule and manage security assessment projects for multiple clients, including organizing meetings, aligning timelines, and ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed
- Define scope and access of projects
- Review, proofread, and edit deliverables for errors during the project
- Serve as the final level of quality assurance for client documentation
- Execute client retention through renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance coordination across teams
- Other duties as assigned
- Possily about 25% of the role: Assist in other areas of the business, by choice, according to your interests, including, but not limited to, sales operations, security analyst work, and/or QA and software support
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical adjacent role or tech focused company
- Previous experience in project management, account management, cybersecurity, or software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word
