About the role
- Design and develop innovative eLearning courses in alignment with InsurAcademy's strategic goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, instructors, and partners to roll out new course curriculum in our LMS (Blue Sky)
- Ensure training materials are consistent, engaging, and on-brand
- Serve as a technical expert for course troubleshooting and support
- Collaborate with the LMS administrator on course surveys, user management, and reporting
Requirements
- 3–5 years of eLearning development experience
- Expertise in designing interactive, multimedia-rich online learning (videos, animations, quizzes, simulations)
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 with advanced features
- Strong customer service, project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for innovation, learning, and making a difference
- Bonus Points For:
- Background in the insurance industry or insurance education
- Experience developing certification programs
