About the role
- Responsible for government telesales and retention through the call center
- Collaborate with government sales representatives and management
- Ensure compliance with CMS, State and corporate regulations
- Respond to prospective member phone calls and correspondence
- Conduct member retention outbound initiatives
- Provide plan information to prospective members
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- License to sell health insurance in New York or obtain within 90 days
- 2 years of call center service and sales experience
- Ability to conduct outbound sales and retention calls
- Excellent communication skills with customers
- Proficient internet, PC and Windows skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
