• Responsible for the overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services
• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance
• Responsible for ensuring right care, at the right price with the right staff
• Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months
• Manage all appropriate state regulations and auditing to ensure our community is in compliance
• Clear communication of vision
• Work toward continual improvement of the overall organization

Wellness Director

• Responsible for overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services
• Deliver a 1440 experience
• Optimize performance and lead employee connections within our community
• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance
• Responsible for ensuring right care, at the right price with the right staff
• Communicate organizational, community and wellness goals to team, staff and residents
• Own the relationships with Executive Director and Sales Team to market wellness throughout the community
• Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months, upon return from hospital or skilled environment, or change of condition
• Manage all appropriate state regulations and auditing to ensure compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
