About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and events channels
- Translates ambiguous requirements into detailed, actionable project plans, including mapping appropriate stakeholders, adhering to budget restrictions, referencing cross departmental dependencies, and defining metrics for success
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once of various sizes- some lasting a few days, some a few weeks, and some even a few months.
- Build and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met by internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate day-to-day workflows across creative, copywriting, paid media, and brand teams, as well as agencies and vendors
- Work closely with engineering, insurance product, digital product, growth and UX teams to ensure communication and collaboration within the context of the given marketing project
- Maintain organized project documentation including briefs, scopes of work, status reports, and post-mortems
- Lead weekly status meetings, facilitate reviews, capture decisions, and drive accountability on action items
- Proactively anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes—escalating to senior leadership when appropriate
- Support the development of scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for recurring campaign types
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
- 3–5 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably within a marketing team or agency environment
- Proficiency with Monday.com for project tracking, workflow management, and team collaboration
- Experience with additional project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, collaborative presence
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work across functions at varying seniority levels
- PMP, CAPM, or Google Project Management Certificate is a plus
