About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the roadmap for customer-facing platform capabilities and prioritize investments aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Identify unmet customer needs through research, analytics, experimentation, and market insights, translating findings into impactful products.
  • Lead the development of onboarding, lifecycle, education, search, engagement, and other digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to define requirements, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Work with UX, Marketing, SEO, Content, Analytics, and business leaders to bring new capabilities from concept through launch that offer best-in-class discoverability and engagement experiences.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and leverage customer insights, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven search, personalization, and automation, to enhance customer experience.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and results while influencing stakeholders across the organization without direct authority.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of customer-facing digital products from concept through launch and optimization.
  • Experience building and scaling direct-to-consumer digital products or platforms and experiences.
  • Success leading products from discovery and validation through launch, iteration, and growth.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle, membership, subscription, loyalty, marketplace, registry, healthcare, wellness, education, or similar engagement-driven products.
  • Strong customer empathy with experience in journey mapping, user research, and product discovery.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize investments.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker who can identify emerging customer needs and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
  • Comfort operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
