Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, test, and maintain the framework for enterprise KPIs and business terminology and comparability across IPH brands.
Enrich the KPI catalog and enterprise glossary.
Enhance the KPI catalog and enterprise glossary by inscribing definitions, formulas, data sources, and hierarchies of critical data elements.
Maintain metadata and lineage for KPI catalog and enterprise glossary.
Highlight definition and calculation inconsistencies within and between BUs and data-generating systems.
Analyze dashboards, reports, and self-service models to ensure alignment with KPI catalog and enterprise glossary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in data governance, analytics, or BI reporting roles.
Deep understanding of KPI development, data lineage, and metadata management.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and semantic layers.
Certifications: CDMP or CBIP.
Familiarity with advanced analytics and KPI development.
