People Partner – Technology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and management teams, aligning people strategies with strategic pillars to drive business results
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
- Facilitating key aspects of the employee lifecycle within the Technology organization, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
- Apply People policies with sound judgement while maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical practice
- Partner with leaders to proactively address and resolve employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism
- Guide leaders through performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, continuous improvement, and career development
- Support leaders and employees through organizational change by providing structure, clarity, and guidance to promote effective transitions and sustained engagement
- Analyze workforce data and key metrics to deliver insights on trends, turnover, and organizational health
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or people partner capacity, with demonstrated strength in operational execution
- Experience supporting organizations or teams within complex, matrixed, or evolving environments
- Experience partnering closely with leaders and supporting employees during periods of organizational change and transformation
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization on people-related matters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and practical approach
- Deep knowledge of people best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
