About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and management teams, aligning people strategies with strategic pillars to drive business results
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
  • Facilitating key aspects of the employee lifecycle within the Technology organization, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Apply People policies with sound judgement while maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical practice
  • Partner with leaders to proactively address and resolve employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism
  • Guide leaders through performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, continuous improvement, and career development
  • Support leaders and employees through organizational change by providing structure, clarity, and guidance to promote effective transitions and sustained engagement
  • Analyze workforce data and key metrics to deliver insights on trends, turnover, and organizational health

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or people partner capacity, with demonstrated strength in operational execution
  • Experience supporting organizations or teams within complex, matrixed, or evolving environments
  • Experience partnering closely with leaders and supporting employees during periods of organizational change and transformation
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization on people-related matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and practical approach
  • Deep knowledge of people best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
