About the role
- Supports sales leaders’ team to achieve sales targets through active participation in contractual/reporting execution of tasks.
- Acts as liaison with internal and external customers and cross functional sales teams to create functional RFP process and manages the pipeline of proposals and quotes.
- Performs audit functions to identify weaknesses in data gathering/reporting and providing recommendations in order to ensure overall integrity.
- Facilitates successful implementation of new programs as they pertain to contracts by ensuring a well-defined and efficient process and communication plan.
- Generate reports related to sales activities and revenue data.
- Responsible for renewal process and notification to sales.
- Reconciles with accounting revenue - in cooperation with Finance.
- Follows-up with Customers for collection of accounts receivable.
- Monitors and improves our contract management process.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 7 years in business administration, sales support, or relevant experience
- Municipal experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
