About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR function through various stages of the employee experience
- Maintain the integrity of our HRIS and assist in developing reports
- Assist with the rollout and management of culture and engagement initiatives
- Work alongside the VP on varied project work
- Provide support for recruitment activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of professional HR experience
- Basic understanding of HRIS platforms and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides or MS Office programs
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professional maturity
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
