About the role
- Manage and brainstorm paid search campaigns from start to finish for major clients
- Manage a team of Account Executives and support their development
- Test and trial new initiatives and Betas with clients and wider business
- Expand into paid social, YouTube and Display campaigns and integrate channels
- Work with Client Directors to develop client roadmaps across digital landscape
- Contribute to team direction, hiring and new business pitches
- Lead joint projects with Google and help create in-house tech tools
- Participate in integrated PPC and programmatic offering development
Requirements
- Passion for paid search
- Desire to be involved in all areas of campaign management
- Exposure or interest in other channels (SEO, Paid Social, Display, Amazon)
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Retail account experience and ecommerce
- Experience with Google Ads and Search Ads 360
- Ability to be based/work from London or Manchester office
