About the role

  • Manage and brainstorm paid search campaigns from start to finish for major clients
  • Manage a team of Account Executives and support their development
  • Test and trial new initiatives and Betas with clients and wider business
  • Expand into paid social, YouTube and Display campaigns and integrate channels
  • Work with Client Directors to develop client roadmaps across digital landscape
  • Contribute to team direction, hiring and new business pitches
  • Lead joint projects with Google and help create in-house tech tools
  • Participate in integrated PPC and programmatic offering development

Requirements

  • Passion for paid search
  • Desire to be involved in all areas of campaign management
  • Exposure or interest in other channels (SEO, Paid Social, Display, Amazon)
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Retail account experience and ecommerce
  • Experience with Google Ads and Search Ads 360
  • Ability to be based/work from London or Manchester office
