About the role

  • Spearhead the North America marketing strategy, ensuring tight alignment with sales priorities and rapid, effective execution of adapted campaigns and sales plays.
  • Design, execute, and manage a comprehensive regional field marketing plan focused on generating qualified pipeline (MQLs, SALs, SQLs) and accelerating opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for the Americas GTM sales team, aligning marketing priorities, campaigns, and content with regional sales goals, territories, and strategic accounts.
  • Oversee the execution of diverse regional marketing tactics, including targeted virtual and in-person events (e.g., workshops, roundtables, executive dinners, trade shows), local digital campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and sales enablement material development.
  • Effectively manage the regional marketing budget to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement joint marketing programs with key strategic partners (e.g., resellers, system integrators, technology partners) to drive shared pipeline growth and elevate brand visibility.
  • Provide partners with essential marketing collateral, sales tools, training, and campaign support required to effectively position and sell Incorta’s solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the efficacy of partner marketing programs, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
  • Track, analyze, and report on all regional marketing performance metrics, focusing on pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing programs, budget allocation, and GTM strategy in the region.
  • Regularly communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or Partner Marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience marketing to the Americas region is required.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, pipeline stages, and the metrics that drive a successful B2B GTM organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute complex marketing programs across multiple channels (digital, events, partners).
  • Proficient in using marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Gong) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for reporting, campaign execution, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with sales leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for regional events and internal meetings.
