Operations Manager
IncoraWarehouse Operations Manager overseeing day-to-day operations and driving performance efficiencies at Incora's Derby warehouse. Responsible for managing teams and ensuring compliance with operational obligations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain the day to day running of the warehouse day-shift.
- Drive operational performance supported by a team of Department Managers.
- Ensure that all operational areas function efficiently, safely, and in line with Incora, customer, and statutory obligations.
- Deliver warehouse operations in a cost-effective manner through monitoring and analysis of KPIs.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant, demonstrable experience in warehouse management in a high volume environment.
- Experience of making improvement to processes and an awareness of warehouse Health & Safety legislation.
- Solid background in people management, capable of positively influencing teams.
- Strong financial acumen and an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
