About the role
- Provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets.
- Utilize Incora's operational systems to raise and resolve issues.
- Deliver training in line with training schedules.
- Ensure two-way feedback takes place via regular one-to-one’s and coaching sessions.
- Take responsibility for various reports in line with KPI’s.
- Undertake Warehouse duties as required to ensure daily output is delivered.
Requirements
- Previous Warehouse experience
- Some basic administration experience
- Some experience of manual handling
- Good computer literacy
- Good attention to detail
- Standard level of numeracy and literacy
- Some experience of supervising a team (desirable)
- Train the Trainer (desirable)
