About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets.
Utilize Incora's operational systems to raise and resolve issues.
Deliver training in line with training schedules.
Ensure two-way feedback takes place via regular one-to-one’s and coaching sessions.
Take responsibility for various reports in line with KPI’s.
Undertake Warehouse duties as required to ensure daily output is delivered.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous Warehouse experience
Some basic administration experience
Some experience of manual handling
Good computer literacy
Good attention to detail
Standard level of numeracy and literacy
Some experience of supervising a team (desirable)
Train the Trainer (desirable)
