About the role
- Leading the collection and analysis of information, supporting the formulation and testing of hypotheses to solve clients' business problems;
- Producing insights and recommendations to improve client performance, drive growth, deepen understanding of their challenges, and provide strategic guidance on priorities;
- Monitoring usage and performance metrics of our solution;
- Proposing improvements to clients' processes based on our products;
- Tracking the resolution of internal improvements that impact the customer experience;
- Developing sustainable relationships with clients, using an ethical and empathetic approach focused on co-creation and proposing constructive projects;
- Managing relationships with clients' key stakeholders;
- Leading regular meetings for accountability and follow-up;
- Collaborating effectively with peers across departments to execute projects and generate value for clients;
- Contributing to the maturation of team and company processes in a fast-growth context;
- Continuously improving internal processes to increase operational scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to understand and convey complex information;
- Previous experience in fraud prevention will be considered a plus;
- Familiarity with biometric authentication providers, anti-fraud solutions, digital identity, and mobile technologies;
- Previous experience managing large accounts will be considered a plus;
- Availability to travel to served markets as needed, ability to operate in different roles and markets, and willingness to attend events;
- English at an upper-intermediate level;
- Spanish is a plus.
