Verify and post incoming invoices in the ERP
Verify tax withholdings and support correct tax calculation
Calculate and monitor expenses by cost center
Perform account reconciliations and ensure data consistency in the ERP
Manage outsourced accounting services
Review and analyze financial statements, such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement (P&L) and Cash Flow
Support the month-end close processes
Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and procedures
Interact with different internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields (students nearing graduation or recent graduates are also welcome)
Advanced Excel
English at upper-intermediate level (ability to read, write and understand without difficulty — advanced English is a plus)
Prior experience preparing and/or reviewing account reconciliations
Experience in an accounting firm or corporate accounting department
Experience in accounting audit (as auditor or focal point)
Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Protheus is a plus)
Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is a plus
Management Accounting is a plus
