About the role
- Architect, design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based cloud-native environments for scalability, resilience, and security
- Implement and manage Terraform-driven infrastructure-as-code automation across deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live production environments to minimize downtime
- Build and optimize observability and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Loki, ELK or similar)
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and automation frameworks to elevate DevOps culture
- Keep up with AWS and DevOps advancements and introduce new tools and approaches to improve speed and scalability
- Partner with developers to transform complex challenges into resilient, automated solutions ensuring high availability and performance at global scale
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes-based applications
- Strong expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions
- Solid understanding of AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM
- Knowledge of networking protocols and best practices (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively
