About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, respond to, triage, own, document, and resolve Included Access tickets within established SLA timeframes
Open and manage JIRA and other internal tracking tickets requiring cross-functional support
Drive collaboration and escalate issues to management when necessary
Perform system configurations using the HUB and other internal tools
Execute configuration changes based on Implementation Consultant and Project Manager specifications
Create and manage project-management tasks and maintain setup records
Support technical integrations and data setup activities
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams
Manage Annual Enrollment Benefits Reviews (AEBR) tasks, workflows, documentation, and status tracking
Conduct peer quality assurance reviews and pre-launch testing
Validate system configurations and data integrity before client launches
Provide operational and tactical support to Implementation Consultants and Project Managers
Coordinate internal teams to complete client requirements
Maintain documentation, knowledge-base articles, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and organized records
Meet ticket-resolution, quality, configuration-accuracy, and client-satisfaction goals
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage workload across multiple clients and support operational excellence
Support training and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in SaaS client support or technical implementation; healthcare/healthcare technology preferred
2+ years of hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems
High School Diploma required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits administration preferred
Knowledge of benefits enrollment processes and healthcare data management preferred
Experience with internal configuration tools and client support platforms
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
Experience with quality assurance processes and testing procedures preferred
