Requirements

8+ years of experience as a visual product designer, with at least 3 years focused on design systems that have been successfully implemented and widely adopted.
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI, visual design, system thinking, and scalable design solutions.
Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and high-quality execution.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to define and execute a long-term vision for a design system and visual design excellence that scales with the company.
Proactive and self-guided, able to navigate ambiguity, create clarity, and drive initiatives forward independently.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and system value to diverse audiences.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, enterprise, or complex product ecosystems, and familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) to bridge the gap between design and engineering.
