About the role

  • Actively participate in EPDD product roadmapping exercises, ensuring voice of the market input is incorporated early in the process.
  • Contribute to roadmap clarity by helping to push for defined features, clear time horizons, and updated documentation.
  • Develop and champion the narrative around the near-term product roadmap by maintaining the high-level roadmap narrative and developing base materials around new products, features, and capabilities ahead of launch.
  • Lead product enablement and roadmap training sessions for Sales, The Client Organization, and other go-to-market teams in partnership with GTM Enablement.
  • Lead the cross-functional team that maintains Included Health’s suite of product demos, pulling through new products, features, and capabilities as they are released.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital health and/or employer benefits.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with experience across the product and client lifecycle.
  • 2+ years experience partnering with product teams on messaging and launch communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and other enablement materials.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, extract key insights, and tell a compelling story using statistics.
  • Proficient in using the Google and/or Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
