About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create graphic assets and audiovisual materials for campaigns, events and partner initiatives;
Edit institutional, event and campaign videos for different channels and formats;
Operate and maintain the inChurch platform, using its modules in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities;
Plan and support the execution of events and activations with partners, including on-site travel;
Propose creative and innovative ideas for projects, campaigns and partnerships;
Monitor market trends and provide references to enrich marketing initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven ability in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar);
Experience in Video Editing (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects or similar);
Availability to travel and commute, primarily for partner events in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and São Paulo (SP);
Creative, proactive and collaborative profile, with ease in proposing and developing ideas for partner projects;
Previous experience in relationship marketing, events or partnerships;
Experience working in environments that require agility and adaptation to different delivery formats (static assets, short videos, social media content, etc.);
Good interpersonal communication to interact with partners and internal teams during events;
Prior knowledge of the inChurch Platform and its modules (strong plus).
