About the role
- Work in cross-functional squads, collaborating with PMs, tech leads, and stakeholders to create human-centered solutions.
- Contribute to research, prototyping, and validation of ideas, translating needs into intuitive and accessible experiences.
- Propose and develop product solutions using artificial intelligence.
- Represent design in strategic discussions, advocating best practices and promoting a strong product culture.
- Create and maintain journeys, flows, and interfaces using tools such as Figma.
- Help evolve our Design System and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Participate in user research and turn insights into design decisions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX/UI and user-centered design.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma and a continuous learning mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions with clarity and empathy.
- Strategic vision and product-oriented thinking.
- Basic knowledge of AI applied to product (e.g., use of LLMs such as ChatGPT, content generation, automations, etc.).
- Experience with Design Systems.
- Differentiators (beneficial but not mandatory):
- Experience working in startups or agile environments.
- Interest or involvement in the Christian community.
- Up-to-date with trends in product, AI, and design.
- Knowledge of LLMs, including usage, crafting effective prompts, and applying language models in product solutions.
- Basic experience building AI agents — such as with LangChain, AutoGen, or autonomous GPT flows.
