About the role
- Develop and execute inChurch's internal and external content strategy
- Create and manage editorial lines aligned with the company's strategic objectives
- Adapt and repurpose content across formats and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Blog, etc.)
- Analyze content performance data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Autonomously determine what should be published, prioritized, or discontinued
- Supervise and guide the content production operations team (designers, video producers, social media)
- Ensure communication aligns with brand positioning and respects audience diversity
- Build and grow audience on digital platforms
- Collaborate with the Growth team on strategic content projects aimed at conversion
Requirements
- Degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in writing and content development
- Solid knowledge of text structures: news lead, blog posts, scripts
- Proficiency in content metrics and data analysis
- Previous experience in tactical roles or middle-management positions
