About the role

  • Be a single point of contact for strategic customers for all post-sales activities
  • Monitor and report on charger status and uptime
  • Escalate outstanding issues and ensure service cases are addressed in a timely manner
  • Attend meetings with service customers to provide updates
  • Generate status reports including KPIs
  • Manage planning, alignment, and budgets for Field Service Campaigns
  • Interface with third-party manufacturers to resolve cases
  • Work with Service Coordinators to ensure maintenance dispatches are completed
  • Coordinate with Service teams regarding dispatches and installations
  • Maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize complex business scenarios
  • Passionate about electric transportation and clean energy.
