About the role
- Be a single point of contact for strategic customers for all post-sales activities
- Monitor and report on charger status and uptime
- Escalate outstanding issues and ensure service cases are addressed in a timely manner
- Attend meetings with service customers to provide updates
- Generate status reports including KPIs
- Manage planning, alignment, and budgets for Field Service Campaigns
- Interface with third-party manufacturers to resolve cases
- Work with Service Coordinators to ensure maintenance dispatches are completed
- Coordinate with Service teams regarding dispatches and installations
- Maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize complex business scenarios
- Passionate about electric transportation and clean energy.
