About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation projects for new clients, ensuring a structured and efficient onboarding experience;
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client during the implementation phase;
Coordinate activities with internal teams such as Technology, Operations, Product and Business;
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment;
Ensure that the client quickly derives value from the platform;
Identify opportunities to improve implementation and onboarding processes;
Create and maintain materials, playbooks and team processes;
Monitor metrics and act proactively to ensure successful deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent verbal and written communication;
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with clients and internal teams;
Experience in implementation, onboarding or project management at B2B companies;
Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Consultative mindset, customer-experience and value-driven;
Knowledge of project management methodologies;
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Advanced Excel skills.
