Mid-level People Analyst
IncentivarAnalista de People Pleno in a growing tech company focusing on training and development. Supporting personnel management and HR generalist activities while leading training initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **Training & Development (main focus)**
- Create, structure and update learning paths for different areas and levels across the company;
- Identify training needs together with managers, based on a competency matrix and performance evaluations;
- Plan, organize and oversee the execution of internal and external training programs from start to finish;
- Develop teaching materials and training content (presentations, manuals, and e-learning course tracks);
- Monitor training effectiveness metrics (participation, reaction/evaluation, practical application);
- Support IDPs (Individual Development Plans) in partnership with managers;
- Act as the area reference for development and training topics, proposing continuous improvements.
- **People (generalist scope)**
- Support Personnel/Payroll routines, including onboarding, offboarding and maintaining employee records;
- Assist with benefits management and employee registration in required tools;
- Provide support to employees on questions related to payroll and other People routines;
- Support onboarding processes for new hires;
- Contribute to other HR/People areas as needed by the operation (recruitment, engagement, internal communication, among others).
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Desired experience**
- Experience (or strong interest and background) in designing and delivering trainings and development paths;
- Previous experience in Personnel/Payroll routines and/or generalist HR roles;
- Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding and document control;
- Basic knowledge of payroll and labor law;
- Experience in high-growth companies is a plus;
- For mid-level: consolidated experience in L&D with autonomy to design training tracks from scratch.
- **Profile and competencies**
- Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to groups;
- Organized, detail-oriented and with a didactic approach;
- Responsible, discreet and deadline-driven profile;
- Quick to learn tools and processes;
- Proficiency in Excel and in presentation/content creation tools;
- Familiarity with HR systems (Gupy, Totvs, iFood Benefícios, Domínio or similar) is a plus;
- Familiarity with LMS/e-learning platforms (e.g., Feedz or similar) is a plus;
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy or related fields.
