About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manually validate products returned in invoice (NF) queries to SEFAZ that were not automatically identified by the system.
- Perform periodic routines for product data validation and cleansing.
- Prepare and send updated databases to the partner responsible for integration with SEFAZ to improve the accuracy of NF parsing.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the automated verification process.
- Propose improvements to validation and integration processes, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Create and maintain periodic reports with indicators such as: volume of approved and rejected invoices (NFs), automatic recognition rate, and overall program efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Previous experience in data analysis and validation, preferably in fiscal/tax or e-commerce contexts, is a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
- Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile.
- Good written communication skills for report preparation.
