About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, document, and review operational processes and procedures following ISO guidelines, ensuring standardization, traceability, and compliance with internal policies.
- Map workflows across company departments, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
- Develop and implement process automations using tools such as n8n, contributing to reduced rework, increased efficiency, and operational scalability.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational indicators, turning data into actionable insights and quickly reporting deviations to leadership.
- Support continuous improvement projects by conducting analyses, proposing solutions, and collaborating on the structured implementation of changes.
- Interact with different areas of the company (Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Success, HR, among others), acting as an operational liaison and facilitating communication and alignment between teams.
- Conduct audits and reviews of internal processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and identifying operational risks.
- Actively contribute to the company’s governance culture by promoting best practices, internal policies, and procedures in a clear and engaging manner.
- Use project management tools to organize, prioritize, and track deliveries with autonomy and clarity.
- Support the creation and maintenance of strategic documentation — policies, manuals, SOPs, and knowledge bases — keeping everything up to date, accessible, and relevant.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Information Systems, Business Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Operations, Process, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or Corporate Governance areas.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation.
- Experience monitoring indicators and building management reports.
- Tools and Technical Skills
- n8n or similar automation platforms (Make, Zapier): ability to create and maintain process automations.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence applied to operations: comprehension of how AI tools can be incorporated into operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Project management tools: Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, or similar.
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace: advanced proficiency, especially Excel/Sheets for data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Process mapping tools: Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, or equivalents.
- Basic knowledge of BI and dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio) is a plus.
- Behavioral / Soft Skills
- Systemic thinking and the ability to understand the impact of each process on the company as a whole.
- Sense of urgency and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
- Analytical profile: ability to gather data, cross-reference information, and reach solid conclusions.
