About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support payroll/Personnel Department routines, including hiring, termination, and maintenance of employee records
  • Assist with benefits administration and register employees in required tools
  • Support preparation and verification of payroll
  • Organize and keep employee documents and files up to date
  • Provide support to employees with inquiries related to Personnel/Payroll
  • Support administrative onboarding processes for new hires
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor obligations and legislation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of People area processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Personnel Department or HR routines
  • Experience with hiring, termination, and document control
  • Familiarity with payroll and basic labor legislation
  • Experience in fast-growing companies is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Responsible, discreet, and deadline-driven profile
  • Quick to learn tools and processes
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Gupy, Totvs, iFood Benefícios, Domínio, or similar) is a plus
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, People Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in startups or scaling companies
  • Knowledge of eSocial
