Key responsibilities & impact

Read, interpret, and understand the campaign rules agreed with the client, including nuances and exceptions
Verify in the distribution database that the rule is being applied exactly as agreed
Cross-check data and identify discrepancies before points/rewards are released
Flag and follow up on the resolution of inconsistencies prior to release
Document findings and communicate them clearly to the involved teams
Monitor corrections and revalidate after adjustments
Contribute to creating checklists and controls that make the process more robust

Requirements

What you’ll need

SQL: write and adapt queries to extract, join and validate data in the database
Python: read and interpret scripts — understand what the code is doing and whether the logic is correct, without needing to program from scratch
Database literacy: understand table structures, fields and relationships
BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar): used to investigate and visualize data during audits, not necessarily to build dashboards from scratch
Ability to read business rules documents: contracts, campaign specifications, criteria spreadsheets, and extract what matters for validation
