About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow Incentivar's communities on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels), focusing on qualified engagement;
Manage and grow internal client communities on social media;
Create and execute editorial calendars aligned with brand positioning and marketing campaigns;
Produce and adapt content (texts, scripts, captions, stories) for different formats and platforms;
Monitor mentions, comments and conversations about the brand, responding promptly and with a consistent tone;
Track performance metrics and turn data into actionable learnings to optimize content strategy;
Identify behavior trends and positioning opportunities in the incentives and HR market;
Collaborate with product, sales/commercial and customer success teams to ensure the brand voice reflects the real customer experience;
Support events, trade shows and in-person marketing initiatives with real-time content.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Community Manager or Social Media specialist (minimum 3 years);
Excellent command of written Portuguese — clarity, tone and consistency are non-negotiable;
Solid knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn (algorithms, formats, best practices);
Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports with relevant insights (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics);
Experience in creating briefs and coordinating with creative teams;
Basic knowledge of design tools for social media;
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing;
Familiarity with the incentives, corporate benefits or HR market;
Experience with AI tools (Claude, Lovable, etc.)
