About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate incentive mechanics and business rules into technical backlog items (prepare PDD, SDD and acceptance criteria).
Manage the agile roadmap and backlog, tracking delivery timelines.
Run workshops with clients to elicit requirements.
Map processes (as-is / to-be) and identify structural automation opportunities.
Prioritize initiatives based on ROI and transaction volume.
Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with key users, ensuring the quality of deliveries.
Design test scenarios to support the team’s validation of deliverables.
Monitor post-go-live gains (efficiency, error mitigation and ROI).
Campaign Management: structure, monitor and perform settlements/calculations for incentive campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
Technical Partnership: work directly with the Data team to translate business needs into effective settlement and reporting solutions.
Operational Excellence: identify bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities and evolve current processes.
Automation and Continuous Improvement: map and implement improvements that deliver operational efficiency and measurable business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience designing incentive mechanics and performing settlements/calculations for incentive programs.
Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex problems and continuously improving processes.
Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
Solid experience in process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts, etc.).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
