About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Integrate, transform, and make data available for analytical and operational consumption
Manage and evolve cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS)
Automate data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams
Actively participate in client discussions and the squad's roadmap
Propose continuous improvements to architecture, performance, and processes
Support engineering best practices and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
Knowledge of data modeling and building analytical structures (Data Lake / Data Warehouse)
Experience with code versioning (Git)
Experience working with large data volumes
Experience in product-oriented or squad-based environments
Familiarity with tools such as Athena or similar
Experience automating and optimizing pipelines
