About the role

  • Plan and coordinate all activities related to projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within the established timeline and budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may affect project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that all scope changes are documented and approved.
  • Prepare and present project status reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status, and closing meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project Management or Customer Success
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
