About the role
- Plan and coordinate all activities related to projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within the established timeline and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may affect project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure that all scope changes are documented and approved.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status, and closing meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in Project Management or Customer Success
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
