About the role
- Validation of photos and merchandising materials received from campaigns, with meticulous verification of data according to predefined criteria and rules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the company, our product, and contracted services.
- Support the Customer Success team and Incentivar projects, working operationally on daily tasks and routines for each project.
- Understand the client's business, market, competitors, and segment.
- Operationalize action plans for improvements, new opportunities, and business development.
Requirements
- Reside in São Paulo or the surrounding region.
- Commitment to deadlines, organized multi-tasking, and a careful, attentive approach to every analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills for internal collaboration and client relationships.
- Ability to identify new opportunities.
- Results-oriented.
