About the role

  • Validation of photos and merchandising materials received from campaigns, with meticulous verification of data according to predefined criteria and rules.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the company, our product, and contracted services.
  • Support the Customer Success team and Incentivar projects, working operationally on daily tasks and routines for each project.
  • Understand the client's business, market, competitors, and segment.
  • Operationalize action plans for improvements, new opportunities, and business development.

Requirements

  • Reside in São Paulo or the surrounding region.
  • Commitment to deadlines, organized multi-tasking, and a careful, attentive approach to every analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for internal collaboration and client relationships.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Results-oriented.
