About the role

  • The professional will be responsible for turning data into business intelligence, creating analyses, automations, and visualizations that support decision-making and drive results.
  • Will work on developing solutions that integrate predictive models, reports, and dashboards, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of analytical processes.
  • Technical skills
  • Data Analysis and Modeling: strong command of statistical, predictive, and diagnostic analysis techniques to generate relevant insights and support strategic decisions;
  • Programming Languages: proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, processing, and automation;
  • Visualization and Storytelling: proficiency in Power BI (and related tools) to communicate results clearly and strategically;
  • ETL and Integrations: experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data, ensuring accuracy and consistency of the data sources used;
  • Process Innovation and Optimization: proposing improvements and adopting new technologies to increase efficiency and reduce rework;
  • AI and Predictive Models: application of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques focused on generating business value.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in a primary programming language (e.g., Python, R, etc.);
  • Knowledge of major data modeling and analysis libraries: pandas, SciPy, NumPy, StatsModels, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Bokeh, pydot, scikit-learn, eli5, TensorFlow, Keras — but not limited to these;
  • Experience building data pipelines;
  • Familiarity with GitHub;
  • Proficient in SQL for data retrieval and reporting;
  • Experience building AI/ML models;
  • Desirable: knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum);
  • Advantageous: familiarity with AutoML/AutoAI market tools such as DataRobot, AWS (SageMaker) or Google Cloud (AutoML).
