About the role
- Ensure that data flows are operating correctly and without failures by creating monitoring routines (checklists and automations) that guarantee the quality and visibility of stored and generated data
- Monitor data ingestion, processing and consumption to prevent bottlenecks
- Ensure the routines and data quality that feed the system. Daily evaluation of data from integrations (Neogrid), monthly pyramid validation (Colgate), and review of other databases
- Create and track schedules for data and report deliveries
- Create delivery workflows and validate them, taking into account clients' macro schedules (primarily Colgate) – ensure the main calendar flows – objective (generation, internal validation, client validation, import and import validation), outcome (daily update, sending and validation of closing DBD), checkpoints (validation of rules, validation of calculations and generated results), among others
- Define and apply validation rules and data quality standards, such as rules to validate duplicate information and processes, data format and consistency; automate checks, correct errors and ensure that data meets client requirements before delivery
- Establish audit and continuous monitoring processes by implementing scripts to remove duplicates, standardize formats and validate inconsistencies. Configure alerts for errors, periodically review samples and correct possible errors before any final delivery to clients
- Create and maintain operational checklists for the team (ETL, dashboards, data analysis)
- Create and audit the use of operational checklists with the team – documentation of routines to avoid execution failures
- Conduct alignment and follow-up meetings with the team, providing technical guidance on projects and for validation, alignment and presentation of results, without the need for participation from other leadership
- Resolve impediments that impact the team and deliveries, securing resources so that all demands are met, ensuring that relationships with other areas and delivery flows are validated
- Ensure that client requirements are well understood, captured, documented and met, from briefing and business rule information to alignment on data import and storage, and ensure that all rules related to programs are well documented
- Maintain regular communication to align expectations and project progress, and create reporting and alignment routines with other areas and clients to present created solutions, improvements and resolutions of sensitive issues
Requirements
- Degree required in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related fields
- Preferably with postgraduate studies in Business Management, Leadership or Statistics
- Experience with trade marketing or incentive campaigns
