About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead sales for inca in Germany
- Expand the sales organization and further develop sales methodology
- Acquire new customers and grow existing business in the German insurance market
- Build strategic partnerships
- Develop pricing and contract strategy
- Monitor the market and identify early movements in the DACH claims market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales experience, ideally within the claims ecosystem
- At least 7 years of sales experience with German insurers
- Established network in the German insurance industry
- Proven success with enterprise contracts in the seven-figure range
- Ability to independently build a pipeline and close contracts
- Native German, very good English
- Willingness to travel 30–50%
