About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead sales for inca in Germany
  • Expand the sales organization and further develop sales methodology
  • Acquire new customers and grow existing business in the German insurance market
  • Build strategic partnerships
  • Develop pricing and contract strategy
  • Monitor the market and identify early movements in the DACH claims market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales experience, ideally within the claims ecosystem
  • At least 7 years of sales experience with German insurers
  • Established network in the German insurance industry
  • Proven success with enterprise contracts in the seven-figure range
  • Ability to independently build a pipeline and close contracts
  • Native German, very good English
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%
