About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independent handling and leadership of innovation, technology and strategy projects for clients across various industries
Conduct market, technology and competitive analyses and prepare studies, management reports and recommendations for action
Design, develop and commercialize innovation, technology and and benchmarking studies
Design, prepare and deliver workshops, trainings and seminars on topics related to innovation and technology management
Support the acquisition of new projects and clients and independently develop and pursue business opportunities
Manage small project teams and assume technical responsibility within larger project engagements
Monitor and evaluate new market, technology and AI trends and derive business opportunities
Actively contribute to the further development of the New Business Innovation unit through new products, services and solution approaches
Support marketing and communications activities, e.g., LinkedIn posts, webinars, articles and events
Participate in community initiatives and organize and run networking formats, events and expert exchanges

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in innovation, technology or strategy management
Degree in Innovation and Technology Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Curiosity and an exploratory mindset
Analytical, structured way of working and conceptual thinking
Strong team and communication skills
High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
Fluent in German and business fluent in English
