• Independently manage and lead innovation, technology and strategy projects for clients across various industries
• Conduct market, technology and competitor analyses and produce studies, management reports and actionable recommendations
• Design, develop and commercialize innovation, technology and benchmarking studies
• Design, prepare and facilitate workshops, training sessions and seminars on innovation and technology management topics
• Support business development and acquisition of new projects and clients, including independently developing and pursuing business opportunities
• Lead small project teams and assume subject-matter responsibility within larger project engagements
• Monitor and evaluate emerging market, technology and AI trends and derive business potential
• Actively contribute to the further development of the New Business Innovation area through new products, services and solution approaches
• Support marketing and communications activities, e.g. LinkedIn posts, webinars, technical articles and events
• Participate in community initiatives and organize and run networking formats, events and expert exchanges
