Own and expand relationships with EMR and PM vendor partners as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner leadership, product, and commercial teams.
Identify and execute co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities to expand mutual client adoption and joint pipeline.
Work closely with Inbox Health product and engineering teams to prioritize, scope, and deliver integration projects aligned with partner roadmaps and client needs.
Monitor KPIs for each partner (pipeline, revenue contribution, integration adoption, partner satisfaction) and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partner relationships are leveraged effectively in the field.
Stay current on EMR/PM market trends, competitor activity, and partner developments to inform strategy.
Drive expansion of active PM/EHR integrations, partner revenue contribution, partner satisfaction and retention, and demonstrate impact on practice adoption, NRR, and ARR growth through partner channels.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or EMR/PM vendor ecosystem.
Proven track record of growing technology partnerships and executing joint go-to-market activities.
Strong understanding of EMR/PM systems, healthcare workflows, and the importance of integrations in the provider ecosystem.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
