About the role
- Own and expand relationships with EMR and PM vendor partners as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner leadership, product, and commercial teams.
- Identify and execute co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities to expand mutual client adoption and joint pipeline.
- Work closely with Inbox Health product and engineering teams to prioritize, scope, and deliver integration projects aligned with partner roadmaps and client needs.
- Monitor KPIs for each partner (pipeline, revenue contribution, integration adoption, partner satisfaction) and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partner relationships are leveraged effectively in the field.
- Stay current on EMR/PM market trends, competitor activity, and partner developments to inform strategy.
- Drive expansion of active PM/EHR integrations, partner revenue contribution, partner satisfaction and retention, and demonstrate impact on practice adoption, NRR, and ARR growth through partner channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or EMR/PM vendor ecosystem.
- Proven track record of growing technology partnerships and executing joint go-to-market activities.
- Strong understanding of EMR/PM systems, healthcare workflows, and the importance of integrations in the provider ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
