Collaborate with customers and prospects to understand their business, technology landscape, and security concerns.
Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments to capture requirements and define solution scope.
Design secure architectures and frameworks aligned with customer needs, industry best practices, and compliance requirements (ISO, NCA, SAMA, GDPR, PCI DSS).
Develop solution collateral including technical proposals, high-level designs, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
Map solutions to customer business objectives, highlighting value creation and ROI.
Partner with account managers and business development teams to build winning strategies.
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers.
Support pipeline opportunities from qualification to closure by providing technical leadership during pre-sales cycles.
Stay updated with cybersecurity market trends, emerging threats, and vendor technologies (cloud, network, identity, endpoint, SOC, OT/ICS).
Position Inbox as a thought leader by contributing to industry events, workshops, and client briefings.
Develop and maintain reusable solution assets such as playbooks, patterns, and reference architectures.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Maintain accurate documentation of proposed solutions and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
