About the role
- Implementation, configuration and optimization of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub for our B2B clients
- Design and implementation of automation workflows across the entire customer journey – from lead generation to customer success
- Development of campaigns, emails, forms and landing pages in close collaboration with content and design colleagues
- Setup and optimization of CRM structures, lead scoring models and attribution setups
- Creation and analysis of dashboards and reports, with concrete recommendations for action
- Supporting client onboardings and conducting HubSpot trainings
- Continuous optimization and further development of our clients
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience with the HubSpot Customer Platform
- You don’t just think in marketing channels; you also understand sales and service processes and their impact on the overall system
- You reliably and systematically bring projects to completion, even when multiple clients run in parallel
- You are familiar with the world of software, IT and consulting companies and know what matters there
- German language skills at minimum C1 level
