About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the Creative and Content teams to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives
- Serve as lead project manager for marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
- Develop and maintain workflows that improve operational efficiency and visibility across multiple projects and departments
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between marketing, sales, product, and executive teams
- Maintain oversight of brand consistency and ensure all content aligns with organizational goals and target audiences
- Partner with team leads to develop capacity plans and allocate resources appropriately
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability and quality of output
- Manage project tracking tools and status documentation across all content and creative initiatives
- Lead regular team meetings, campaign kickoffs, and project post-mortems
- Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the department
- Supervise and support designers, content managers, and external vendors or freelancers
- Provide day-to-day guidance, prioritization support, and workflow clarity to team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans
- Ensure alignment across individuals and departments on priorities and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or creative operations
- 2+ years of experience in team management/supervision
- Proven experience driving content production and marketing campaign lifecycles
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with creative development processes and content workflows
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Wrike)
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
