About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Prospecting - Conduct research to identify and target potential customers within the defined market segment.
  • Qualification and Nurturing - Communicate with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.
  • Sales Pipeline Management - Effectively manage and organize leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborative Teamwork - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable insights gathered from interactions with prospects.
  • Relationship Building - Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.
  • Continuous Learning - Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience desired but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (100+/day)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying leads, resulting in successful handoffs to the sales closing team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows as needed
  • Ability to lift 65lbs
