About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Prospecting – Conduct research to identify and target potential customers within the defined market segment.
- Qualification and Nurturing – Communicate with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.
- Sales Pipeline Management - Effectively manage and organize leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborative Teamwork – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable insights gathered from interactions with prospects.
- Relationship Building – Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.
- Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of sales experience desired but not mandatory
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (100+/day)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying leads, resulting in successful handoffs to the sales closing team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Travel (up to 40%) for business trips and tradeshows as needed
- Ability to lift 65lbs
