About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support demand planning and sales forecasting, taking into account sales history, trends, seasonality, promotions, and other variables
- Collect, organize, and analyze historical sales, inventory, and demand data
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations on sales forecasts, demand, and results
- Track forecast accuracy, identifying variances between planned and actual results and supporting action plans
- Monitor and analyze demand, sales, and planning KPIs
- Support Demand Planning and S&OP/IBP routines
- Conduct inventory, coverage, sales, and demand analyses
- Support the development of demand scenarios and simulations
- Partner with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other related departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Market Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of data analysis, KPIs, and planning
- Ability to interpret information and identify trends and opportunities
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the business
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Experience with S&OP/IBP is a plus
- Knowledge of or experience with COLPLAN is a plus
